Job Description
As Junior Legal Support you will support the legal department in all daily activities.
We Want You To
- Analyze legal compliance with company procedures
- Ensure compliance with antitrust regulations
- Manage litigation involving customers
- Handle dealers’ insolvency and pre‑insolvency proceedings
- Maintain relationships with the dealers’ network
- Draft and review contracts and agreements for various business functions
- Provide legal assistance on antitrust matters and Legislative Decree 231
- Provide legal assistance on bankruptcy law
- Support pre‑litigation management, litigation, and insolvency proceedings in coordination with external law firms
- Assist with legal reporting activities
About You
- University Degree (Law)
- 1‑2 years’ experience in a related position
- Fluent English speaker
- Market understanding
