We are looking for a Junior Legal Specialist to join our Legal Department . This is a growth-oriented position designed for someone eager to learn the ropes of in-house legal work through daily mentorship and active involvement in business processes.


What you will do


  • Assist in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, including sales, procurement, distribution, and non-disclosure agreements, both in Italian and English
  • Provide legal research and preliminary analysis to various business departments on corporate law, compliance, and regulatory issues
  • Monitor legislative updates and help the team implement internal policies to mitigate legal risks
  • Monitor legal procedures and related deadlines, both independently and in support of the Legal Department


Who we are looking for


  • Master’s Degree in Law
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within international companies
  • Solid knowledge of Italian and International commercial law
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English (C1 level)
  • A proactive "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team and share knowledge
