Junior IT Service Specialist (m/f/x)

Where we need you

Main Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ESM services, workflows, and ITIL processes.

Manage and standardize the divisional Service Catalogue across regions

Develop and maintain integrations with key systems (SharePoint, Azure AD, SAP, APIs) and drive automation initiatives

Oversee global administration of ESM and Confluence platforms, ensuring performance, governance, and effective knowledge management

Collaborate with regional teams (Europe, Americas, Asia) on KPI alignment, process compliance, and local rollouts

Design and maintain dashboards and reports for SLAs, automation, and performance monitoring.

Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices, security standards, and continuous improvement goals

Serve as subject matter expert and advisor for ESM and Confluence, supporting platform operations and roadmap development

How to convince us

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Management, or a related field

Basic knowledge of ITSM and ITIL; ITIL certification is a plus

Interest in service management, process improvement, and automation

Familiarity with Confluence and Jira is a plus

Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD is an advantage

Interest in reporting and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI)

Good English skills (B2); German is a plus

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting from 35.000,00 € Any variation from the indicated salary may be considered based on skills, experience, or objective, gender-neutral factors such as: levels of experience and professional autonomy significantly different from those required for the role; specific knowledge, skills, and experience deemed strategic to the company's objectives; or particular market conditions that require different compensation arrangements to attract qualified candidates.
