Role summary
We are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager who will support local IT projects for logistics systems, coordinate carrier integrations, translate business needs into functional specifications, and manage project timelines and deployments. Key Responsibilities
Lead local IT initiatives focused on logistics systems and digital transformation. Coordinate carrier integration projects (EDI, API, SFTP) with logistics partners and regional headquarters. Gather business requirements and convert them into clear functional specifications. Oversee project scope, schedules, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities. Collaborate with HQ development teams and external technology vendors. Maintain Cello TMS configurations and provide operational support when needed. Prepare project documentation, process maps, and user guides. What we are looking for
Approximately three years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or the implementation of logistics systems Fluency in English and Italian Solid understanding of logistics operations and processes Proven experience in delivering IT projects or implementing business systems Familiarity with EDI/API integrations is an advantage Demonstrated ability to solve problems with a practical, hands-on approach Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with customers, partners, and internal teams What we offer
