HSPI S.p.A. is looking for a
Junior IT Project Manager – Service Transition
to join its team. The successful candidate will support the management of IT projects and Service Transition activities, contributing to operational coordination, project monitoring, and the continuous improvement of processes. The selected candidate will work closely with Project Managers, technical teams, and stakeholders, supporting project planning, governance, and control activities, with particular focus on organizational, documentation, and reporting aspects. Key Responsibilities
Support project planning activities, contributing to the definition of milestones and deliverables. Monitor project progress in terms of timelines, costs, resources, and risks. Assist in preparing project status reports, progress updates, and dashboards. Collect, maintain, and manage project documentation. Collaborate in the operational coordination of technical teams, internal stakeholders, and client representatives. Contribute to project governance and communication activities. Support the identification of project issues and the implementation of corrective actions. Assist in the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for project monitoring, using DAX for data modeling. Support the automation of operational tasks and data collection activities through Python scripting. Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's or Master\'s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within an IT consulting environment. Knowledge of key Project Management principles and tools. Familiarity with IT environments, information systems, and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on projects for the Public Administration sector. Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies. Project Management certifications such as ISIPM, PRINCE2®, PMI, or equivalent. Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation (e.g., Pandas, OpenPyXL, or similar libraries). Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and the DAX language. Soft Skills
