Junior IT Project Analyst/Manager

Role summary

We are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager who will support local IT projects for logistics systems, coordinate carrier integrations, translate business needs into functional specifications, and manage project timelines and deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead local IT initiatives focused on logistics systems and digital transformation.
• Coordinate carrier integration projects (EDI, API, SFTP) with logistics partners and regional headquarters.
• Gather business requirements and convert them into clear functional specifications.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with HQ development teams and external technology vendors.
• Maintain Cello TMS configurations and provide operational support when needed.
• Prepare project documentation, process maps, and user guides.

What we are looking for

• Approximately three years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or the implementation of logistics systems
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Solid understanding of logistics operations and processes
• Proven experience in delivering IT projects or implementing business systems
• Familiarity with EDI/API integrations is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems with a practical, hands-on approach
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with customers, partners, and internal teams
