Junior IT Accounting & Tax Application – KPMG Italy

Join our next generation and make a meaningful impact in accounting and tax services. We are looking for a motivated Junior IT professional to support and implement internal IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure accounting and tax software.
• Perform functional analysis, customization and management of modern applications.
• Provide telephone assistance to internal users and clients.
• Offer technical and application support to the working team.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify malfunctions.
• Manage contacts with suppliers.
• Conduct basic training activities.
• Oversee testing activities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, highly motivated to solve IT issues.
• Diploma in Administration, Finance and Marketing or a degree in scientific or technological disciplines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Access, VB programming and XML language.
• Knowledge of Windows systems, familiarity with SQL language and relational databases.
• Skill in using IT procedures for business administration and process management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
