Junior Inside Sales Inside Sales Junior is part of the Inside Sales Team and reports directly to the Team Leader. The role involves managing, developing, and selling pharmaceutical products in collaboration with team members.
Responsabilità principali
Direct contact with pharmacies for sales, loyalty, and customer development activities.
Support lead generation through high-volume telephone activities.
Contribute to achieving revenue goals.
Acquire new customers and promote brand products.
Potential evolution into managing a client portfolio.
Support activities for opening new sales points.
Requisiti
Experience in commercial or active customer service roles (not purely inbound).
High school diploma and/or university degree.
Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is considered a plus.
Commercial inclination, strong communication skills, and proactivity complete the profile.
Cosa offriamo
Fixed-term contract of 6 months with possibility of permanent placement.
CCNL Commercio, part-time 32 hours.
Annual gross salary of €20,000.
Bonus system up to €2,500.
Working hours: 15:30 – 18:00.
Location: Roma – Tiburtina.
No remote working.
Employment is open to candidates of all genders, in accordance with Article 903/77.
