Job Description
We are looking for a
Junior Innovation & Data Analytics Specialis t who will support the team in managing innovation activities within Group Compliance during the maternity leave period.
Key Responsibilities
Support innovation projects related to process redesign and development of tools for Group Compliance
Contribute to data analysis activities (Excel, dashboards, basic Power BI usage)
Support the monitoring and evolution of AI-driven initiatives (no technical development required)
Provide PMO support to ongoing projects (tracking, coordination, documentation)
Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and feedback
Support the design and improvement of tools and processes for compliance activities at Group level
Prepare presentations and materials for internal reporting and management updates
Ensure continuity of key initiatives during the maternity leave period
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science or similar
preferred 0-2 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, innovation or project support roles
Good knowledge of Excel (mandatory)
Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar tools
Familiarity with data analysis concepts
Basic understanding of AI topics (no coding required)
Soft Skills
Strong curiosity, especially towards innovation and AI
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Structured and analytical thinking
Ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders
Good communication and presentation skills
What we offer We offer employment at the IV level in accordance with the CCNL ANIA and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
Starting gross annual salary of 36.000 €.
