Junior Indirect Sales Executive Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of Odoo Partners (IT consultancies, system integrators) and serve as their main point of contact. Act as a business coach: onboard new Partners and coach them on strategic and commercial best practices, and develop product training plans. Help Odoo Partners define their go-to-market strategy, from definition to closing their first contracts. Lead Partners to grow their Odoo business, advising them on market positioning, targeting, sales excellence, functional and technical product training. Qualify inbound leads and conduct tailored product demos in collaboration with Odoo Partners. Negotiate licenses, cloud services and pricing with both partners and customers and promote the right value proposition. Develop high‑potential Partners to become the next Silver and Gold Partners.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Consultant. Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1). Strong relational, communication and negotiation skills. Project Management ability: manage timelines, priorities, and Partner evolution. Stakeholder management: nurture relationships with our clients. Nice to have: ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced and challenging environment. Positive, solution‑oriented, proactive and collaborative attitude; initiative to help partners, customers and team. Passion for IT.

Based on your experience, the position offers a salary range of €30,000 to €36,000 plus uncapped commissions. Benefits
