As a Junior Indirect Sales Executive you will be managing a portfolio of Odoo Partners, as well as being involved in business development with prospects.


You have the unique opportunity to make an impact on both end customers and Odoo partners.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Odoo Partners , i.e. IT consultancies, system integrators, representing their main point of contact in Odoo
  • Act as a business coach: onboard new Partners and coach them on strategic and commercial best practices, as well as developing product training plans
  • Help Odoo Partners define their go-to-market strategy , from definition to closing of their first contracts
  • Lead Odoo Partners to grow their Odoo business, advising them on market positioning, targeting, sales excellence and functional and technical product training
  • Qualify inbound leads , conduct tailored product demos in collaboration with Odoo Partners
  • Negotiate licenses, cloud services and pricing with both partners and customers and promote the right value proposition Develop high potential Partners to become the next Silver and Gold Partners


Requirements

  • 1 or 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Consultant
  • Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)
  • Strong relational, communication and negotiation skills
  • Project Management ability - Manage timelines, priorities, and Partner evolution
  • Stakeholders management - Nurturing relationships with our clients

Based on your experience , the position offers a salary range between € 30.000 and € 36.000 plus uncapped commissions .
