About the Role – Inbound Sales
As an Inbound Sales Representative , you’ll engage exclusively with merchants who have already shown interest in SumUp. Your role is to understand their business needs, advise them on the right products, and help them get the most value from our ecosystem.
This is a pure inbound role , focused on quality conversations, problem-solving, and long-term customer value.
What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engage with inbound leads from small business owners who are already interested in SumUp
  • Understand merchant needs and recommend tailored solutions from our product suite
  • Build trust through consultative, value-driven conversations
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell (POS, invoicing, payments, and more)
  • Manage your pipeline and customer interactions in Salesforce
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Support, Product, and Marketing to deliver a seamless merchant experience
