JUNIOR ICT SUPPORT SPECIALIST RESERVED FOR PROTECTED CATEGORIES (L. 68/99)

Work location: Collegno (TO) – Hybrid mode, with possibility for smart working after the training period.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support to internal team and users.
• Assist in basic management and maintenance of server and client environments.
• Support the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
• Document technical activities and procedures.

Eligibility

• Membership in the Protected Categories (Law 68/99).
• Residence in Italy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in computer science or technical field).
• Basic or theoretical/practical knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Good knowledge of the Office package.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and problem‑solving aptitude.
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages advantageous (Bash, Python).
