Role We are looking for a Junior HR & Payroll Administrator to support the operational management of HR administrative processes, focusing on personnel administration and payroll within the HR & Finance team. The role works closely with the internal team and external payroll consultant, contributing throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities

Verify and manage attendance, including holidays, leave, sickness, and overtime. Manage personnel administrative documentation and update employee master data. Prepare and check payroll data for processing and record payroll entries in the general ledger. Handle accounting entries related to meal vouchers and employee expense claims. Support onboarding activities, including contracts and documentation. Provide operational support on cross‑functional activities and basic reporting. Assist with Enasarco and related agent administration.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in HR Administration, Payroll, or Personnel Administration. Good knowledge of Excel. Experience with TeamSystem or similar HR tools (plus). Attention to detail and precision. Strong organizational and priority‑management skills. Good command of English at level B2. Team‑oriented mindset and hands‑on approach.
