We are looking for a curious, detail‑oriented, and available to support the HR Administration team in daily operations and compliance activities. This internship offers the opportunity to learn how HR administrative processes work within a dynamic and structured environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees and supporting all processes of hr team.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative and payroll activities from hiring to exit in line with labor law regulations and internal policies.
- data entry and updates in HR systems, management of justifications, vacation/leave, monitoring of timesheets.
- collection and verification of monthly payroll variables (overtime, allowances, travel), checks and reconciliations, reporting to the payroll provider/department.
- Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
- Supervise payroll and time attendance processes, ensuring compliance with external payroll providers.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of payroll and HR databases, maintaining up- to-date records and preparing required reports.
- Onboarding activities.
- Oversee the preparation of employment contracts and amendments, monitoring deadlines to guarantee compliance with legal and internal requirements.
- contact with staffing agencies, requesting documentation, updating recruitment pipelines.
- updating HR databases (headcount, org charts), extracting data and creating reports on absenteeism, overtime, and turnover.
- Support in HR projects on employee administrative data and process improvements
- Support for training, recruiting and other hr activities.
Requirements:
- Economics, Law, Hr degree
- Hight motivation for payroll/HR administration
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel)
- Good English level
- Precision and reliability, time management, attention, flexibility and predisposition for teamworking will be also evaluated as a plus
- attention to detail, reliability, confidentiality, problem solving, ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks
- Full time position
