IT Service desk Experience working in ServiceNow proficient in English and Italian
Job Details:
Min 1 Years of Experience in IT Service desk
Excellent communications skills
Knowledge in Active Directory Office365 Windows client troubleshooting Network Monitoring tools
Excellent ITIL knowledge
Work experience in ITSM tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy Reporting
Should be proficient in English and Italian
