Role
The Junior Group Credit Support, reporting to the Credit Manager, will support the Group Credit Manager (GCM) on all the activities of the Credit management process for all Brands/Companies under the umbrella of Haworth Lifestyle – Haworth Group. S/he will have the chance to have a direct impact on the overall performance of the group and work in a motivating and inclusive team and environment.
Main activities:
- Collect business information about new customers and analyse credit worthiness
- Assign credit limit and payment terms to customer with periodic reviews
- Lock and unlock customer accounts
- Monitors and checks compliance with payment terms and conditions
- Monitor credit risk evolution detecting red alerts
- Grant the periodical review of ageing reports feeding the Credit Management Reporting tool
- Grant continuous interaction and coordination with Account receivable Teams and Customer Service and Sales teams of all the brands
- Review Customer Master data jointly with the A/R Teams
- Promote cash and risk culture among business functions
- Assure the correct adoption of the Group Credit Policy
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Treasury, Credit or Accounting team
- Empathy and teamworking
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Happy to have the chance to speak up and propose solutions
- Analytical mindset
