Junior Financial Controller

JUNIOR CONTROLLER– ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Junior Controller to support the monitoring and optimization of industrial costing processes, in line with company procedures and guidelines.

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO

• Oversee job-order costing processes by performing budget vs. actual analysis, periodic budget reviews in collaboration with Program Managers, cost-to-cost calculation and project margin monitoring;
• Perform periodic update of standard hourly rates based on cost analysis (industrial costs vs. overheads, fixed vs. variable) and their allocation to cost centers;
• Prepare Group periodic financial reports with P&L and Balance Sheet analysis and KPI monitoring (on a monthly and quarterly basis) to support strategic decision making by Management;
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and business plans, and monitor performance against targets by analyzing variance drivers and identifying improvement actions;
• Contribute to the improvement of internal control and financial reporting processes to ensure data accuracy, compliance with accounting standards and internal policies, and efficiency.

YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in economics, statistics, management engineering or related studies;
• Previous experience (3-4 years) in similar role;
• Previous experience within company make to order;
• Strong ability to work with ERP, Business Central knowledge is preferable;
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
• Advanced Excel and Power Point user;
• KPI Design & Measurement: ability to define and track key performance indicators.
