ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Controller to join our Group Controlling and Finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a structured and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will support the Head of Group Controlling and the Group Reporting and Consolidation department, having the opportunity to work closely with subsidiaries and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct cost analysis and provide support to various business units in controlling activities (Analyze hourly industrial costs and develop profitability analysis, Monitoring inventories, SMI)
- Support in ad hoc activities (business case, special projects, etc. ...)
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and business plans
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly Consolidated Group Reporting and periodic reports for management and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with subsidiaries for data collection and reconciliations
- Support the preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (OIC)
- Play a key role in supporting the financial monitoring and strategic planning processes of the Company
- Be responsible for analyzing financial data, with a direct impact the company’s ability to monitor performance, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiency
- Take part in the monthly closing process
- Assist in the preparation of key financial reports and compliance checks where needed
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Master degree in accounting, finance or any related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of ERP (SAP) and BI tools are considered a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8:30/9am to 5.30/6pm, with additional hours as business needs necessitate.
Smart working will be provided after an initial training period.
TRAVEL
Occasional overseas and domestic travel may be required to support the rapid growth of the company.
