Junior Finance Business Partner - FIXED TERM

What You Will Do

• Support the head of finance of Business Sector in daily and other strategic activities, such as:
• Support the production of the annual budget, in-year forecast, and monthly/ quarterly performance reporting of the business sector in coordination with the industrial as well as commercial controlling teams
• Monthly accrual processing
• Perform top line analysis by cluster, brand, product line
• Analysis of divisional cost
• Supports the business sector in the portfolio analysis to maximise profit
• Performs Product mix as well as Margin and profitability analysis
• New product business case and development
• Ensure Transparency and communication with HQ

What You Need To Succeed

Education: University degree in Economics, Engineering management

Previous Experience : Experience in a finance department, understanding of a budget, forecast and month end closing process.

Languages : Fluent English and Italian

Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting
• Good knowledge of excel
• Nice to have: knowledge of access, SAP, HFM, Datawarehousing, Oracle EPM suite
• Good interpersonal and networking skills, both within the finance community and the Business of reference, as well as with other members of the broader Operation Team
• Ability to balance multiple tasks
