Partner with the best

As a Junior Field Specialist, you will be responsible of:

• Receiving and following detailed instructions under direct supervision.
• Learning and assisting crew members during Installation and/or Maintenance activities at customer sites.
• Learning and executing maintenance and installation tasks on TPS rotating equipment.
• Assisting other crew members in performing the assigned scope of work.
• Interacting with an assigned mentor or supervisor and collaborating with specialists and supervisors in the group.
• Executing responsibilities safely and in accordance with TPS Service processes and procedures.
• Performing related duties as required.
• Conducting business activities in alignment with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Core Values

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Technical Diploma
• Be ready to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilities
• Ability to work well and communicate with others
• Willingness to work under direct supervision and follow detailed instructions
• Commitment to learning through On‑The‑Job Training
• Adherence to safety practices, processes, and procedures
• Have an EU Passport or a European Work permit

Desired requirements

• Emerging knowledge of the oil and gas industry
• Specialization in Centrifugal Compressors Products
• Good Mechanical/Control attitude
