They are looking for two professionals for a Field Retail Manager to cover the North-East region (Véneto, Emilia-Romaña y East of Lombardía ) ) and North-West region (West of Lombardía, Piamonte y Liguria ) of Italy.

The Corporate Learning and Retail Development Department is the Starting Point of what we do at Beauty

As Field Retail Manager your responsibilities are:
Promote our Brands Identity through sales and retail techniques
Get people fall in love with our products and inspire others to do the same
Planning store visits in a selected area
Take care of brand merchandising in retailer’s stores
Manage relations with retailer’s staff at different levels
Additionally, you will:
Work in a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere
Learn to use our sales techniques and become an expert in storytelling our programs
Work in a specific area but with a strong relation with the headquarter
Join a fun team located in different areas
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree
Strong communication skills
Full fluency in Italian. English and/or other languages as plus.
Passion for travel, training, luxury and beauty industry
Customer oriented and target driven
Proactive and able to work both independently and in a team
Positive attitude, flexibility and great team spirit
Organization skills
