We are looking for a Milan-based fashion professional — someone who is already working as a Fashion Designer, Stylist, or Buyer — and would like to take on an exciting part-time opportunity alongside their current role.
This role is ideal for someone deeply connected to the Italy and broader EU fashion market who can provide strong trend direction, retail insights, and consumer behavior intelligence. While our core team operates from India, we are seeking someone in Europe who can bring on-ground insights to help shape our monthly collections before launch.

Key Responsibilities
Forecast Italy & EU fashion trends on a monthly basis
Curate and develop 50–60 commercially viable styles per month
Provide insights on fabrics, silhouettes, tailoring, detailing, and finishes
Identify emerging runway-to-retail trends across Milan and key EU markets
Track premium, contemporary, and fast-fashion retail movements
Share feedback on samples and upcoming launches before production
Offer consumer and pricing insights relevant to the EU market
Collaborate virtually with our India-based team to align product strategy
