Role Description

This is a contract role for a Junior Export Specialist based in the Greater Rome Metropolitan Area, with a hybrid work model that combines in-office presence with occasional remote work. The Junior Export Specialist will manage export documentation, coordinate shipments, communicate with international clients and partners, and ensure adherence to import and export regulations. The role includes addressing customer inquiries, tracking shipments, and collaborating with team members to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Export Documentation, including preparing invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and partners
• Basic understanding and experience in Import and Export processes and regulations
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools
• Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional language skills are a plus
• Previous experience in an export/import role is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field is advantageous
