Junior Engineer Systems

Space assets and services are not fully monetized. At Revolv Space, we are solving the problem of low duty cycles by developing and manufacturing the next generation of critical subsystems enabling continuous spacecraft operations and therefore full monetization of space assets.
To achieve this mission, we are on the lookout for an autonomous designer and a prototyping guru to fill the role of Junior Embedded Systems Engineer at Revolv Space. It’s a chance to play a crucial part in our team, where your contributions will directly shape the space systems we develop.

designing and prototyping of electronics for space systems;
planning and execution of engineering and qualification tests of the electronic systems of our products;
formulation and verification of engineering concepts;
active contribution in the preparation of the production processes.
electronics, embedded software, automation, robotics, or similar engineering background;
~2+ years of demonstrated professional experience in autonomous design of electronics (experience in design of space equipment/scientific measurement apparatus particularly welcome);
~ Demonstrated ability to solder prototype PCB assemblies and fabricate custom wiring harnesses for laboratory test setups.
~ Basic programming skills in Python for device testing and script automation.
~ Hands-on experience with microcontrollers and single-board computers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi) to build functional test environments.
~ fluent use of English.

good knowledge of physics in the context of space engineering (effects of radiation, vacuum and thermal stresses on electronic systems);
good knowledge of space industry standards, in particular those referring to design, assembly, integration and testing of electronic systems;
goal-oriented environment with flexible working hours;
