Junior Energy Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Junior Energy Engineer to join our technical team and support energy analysis, design, and implementation of efficient energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in energy consumption analysis (audits, diagnostics, benchmarking)
• Support the design of energy efficiency and renewable energy systems
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for incentives (e.g. white certificates, public funding)
• Use energy simulation software and spreadsheets
• Collaborate with the team on project management and client support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of energy systems, renewables, and relevant regulations
• Good command of Excel and preferably of tools such as AutoCAD, Termolog, TRNSYS, etc.
• Good knowledge of English (B1/B2 level)
• Team spirit, proactive attitude, and willingness to grow professionally

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience (even internship) in a similar role
• Knowledge of main energy incentives (e.g. Superbonus, Conto Termico, White Certificates)
