JOB ROLE
Junior Digital & Retail Marketing
Support our retail partners in developing digital activities and retail marketing initiatives, contributing to business growth and enhancing brand visibility both in-store and online, reporting to the Senior Retail Marketing.
KEY ACTIVITIES
• Support retail clients in planning and implementing ghd digital and promotional activities across their platforms;
• Manage digital content, promotional materials, and brand visibility activities;
• Implement and monitor product catalogs, product detail pages, and brand pages in line with brand marketing plans and commercial agreements with retailers;
• Translate and localize content from English into Italian;
• Collaborate with the retail team to develop sell-out and drive-to-store initiatives at a commercial level;
• Define Retail Media investment plans in synergy with the Media Team, aligned with budget, brand strategy, and campaign objectives;
• Monitor campaign performance (KPIs) and prepare weekly or monthly reports and analyses;
• Support the Junior Retail Marketing Specialist in developing in-store visibility materials (permanent and temporary), including drafting supplier briefs, collecting quotations, coordinating creative adaptations, and ensuring timely delivery;
• Coordinate external agencies or suppliers when needed;
• Manage day-to-day relationships with retailers, ensuring operational and consultancy support.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or trade/retail marketing roles
- Good knowledge of key digital tools and social media platforms
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple activities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven approach
- Passion for digital trends, retail, and communication
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
