WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for a Junior Cross Platform Project Coordinator to support Q&O platform projects through structured coordination and cross-functional alignment.

You’ll work closely with Q&O Functional Leaders (Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics) to ensure consistent inputs, early visibility of risks, and timely delivery of project milestones following Iveco Group processes (GPD/FDP).


KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Lead program governance, milestone control, and cross‑functional coordination across Quality & Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, S&OP and related functions.
  • Consolidate program status, risks, and key performance indicators (Cost / Time / Quality / Product Performance), ensuring timely definition and execution of action plans.
  • Organize and steer alignment meetings to secure inputs, deliverables, and convergence from all involved departments.
  • Prepare and deliver clear program overviews for leadership and committees, enabling informed and proactive decision‑making.
  • Monitor process adherence, cross‑functional synchronization, and end‑to‑end launch readiness throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Help build a proactive cross‑functional Q&O model to anticipate and manage project risks.
  • Prioritize high‑impact risks through early detection and structured escalation.
  • Deliver clear cross‑functional assessments to support data‑driven decisions.
  • Quarterly updates for top management on Q&O status and risks and monthly management review.
  • Dashboards tracking program progress and readiness.
  • Evidence‑based recommendations for timely decision‑making.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s degree in engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in Project/Program Management in automotive or industrial environments.
  • Preferred experience in program management, product development, manufacturing processes, and industrial operations.
  • Strong communication, synthesis, and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Fluent in English;
    additional languages are a plus.
  • Team‑oriented with the ability to engage and align multifunctional teams.
