JUNIOR CRM SALES SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency; Support the sales team by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions; Analyze sales data and customer trends to provide actionable insights; Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance; Collaborate with Sales and other departments to optimize customer journeys; Assist in the implementation and improvement of CRM processes and workflows; Ensure data quality and compliance with internal guidelines; Provide support and guidance to users on CRM tools when needed. Requisiti

1–2 years of experience in CRM, Sales Operations, Sales Analyst or a similar role; Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail; Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Familiarity with CRM systems; Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Nice to Have Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus; Basic knowledge of SQL ; Experience in data visualization and reporting; Understanding of sales processes and pipeline management. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks; Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
