Shishi Izakaya Lounge & Nightclub Bali is seeking a Junior Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about Japanese cuisine, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the supervision of senior chefs.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet Shishi standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards in line with company policies.
Support the culinary team in daily operations and special events.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (experience in Japanese cuisine is an advantage).
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
Strong attention to detail, discipline, and willingness to learn.
Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
