What You Will Do

As a Junior Controller Intern, you will work closely with the Finance team and support daily controlling and reporting activities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the preparation of monthly management reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Assisting with variance analysis versus budget and forecast.
• Collecting, organizing, and validating financial data from different departments.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assisting in cash flow monitoring and basic financial analysis.
• Contributing to the improvement of financial processes and reporting tools.
• Supporting data extraction and dashboard creation (e.g. Excel, Power BI).
• Collaborating with senior team members on ad-hoc financial analyses and projects.

What We Are Looking For

• Recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Strong interest in finance, controlling, and data analysis.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of Excel; basic exposure to Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial statements.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
• Good level of English (written and spoken).

Internships or academic projects in finance are a plus.
