HSPI S.p.A. , a leading provider of IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, is looking for a
Junior Controller
to join its growing team at its
Cologno Monzese
office.
The selected candidate will support Project Management and Management Control activities, contributing to planning, process monitoring, and the preparation of analyses to support business decision-making.
Key responsibilities
Support Project Management activities by contributing to the preparation of project plans, project progress reports (SAL), and meeting minutes;
Support the drafting of process documentation and procedures;
Support the supervision and verification of Planning & Management Control activities and processes;
Support the definition and implementation of the Planning & Management Control framework;
Support the preparation and monitoring of business/strategic plans and budgets;
Support the preparation of market analyses, reasonableness assessments, and investment evaluations;
Support the development of economic, equity, and financial sustainability analyses.
Required Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of general accounting principles;
General knowledge of Planning & Management Control methodologies and processes;
General knowledge of reporting processes through Business Intelligence tools;
Good command of English, both written and spoken, and excellent command of Italian, both written and spoken;
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
Strong interest in Management Consulting, process analysis and/or organizational review.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational autonomy and a results-oriented mindset, combined with solid analytical, problem-solving and synthesis skills.
Precision, proactivity, teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with different stakeholders are also essential.
Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Scientific or Technical disciplines, or related fields
