Junior Continuous Improvement Engineer

This role offers the opportunity to learn, contribute, and support Lean transformation initiatives within our European team.
What You’ll Do
- Support Lean transformation activities in diverse electromechanical manufacturing environments and administrative processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement / Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing & Yamazumi, SMED, TPM, Problem Solving).
- Analyze data and operational activities to identify improvement opportunities and reduce waste.
- Support the implementation and deployment of the Daily Management System (DMS).
- Learn and apply Lean methodologies through hands‑on involvement.
Required
- Availability to travel within the European region
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in various work environments.
- Basic understanding of Lean tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality.
