Job Overview

Junior Consultant – Renewable Energy. You will be part of the growing Grandi Utilities team, supporting the industry in the transition to sustainable energy. Your focus will be on managing strategic, innovative, and change‑management projects, optimizing business processes through digital solutions that guarantee sustainability, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support operational project activities and assigned tasks, ensuring delivery within schedule, priority, and quality constraints.
• Analyze data and develop outputs to support project activities.
• Create project deliverables (presentations, reports, business cases).
• Conduct market research and benchmarking on technologies, solutions, and innovative organizational models.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, or Management), Economics, Political Science or related fields.
• 1‑2 years of experience in consulting or energy operator environments, preferably on renewable projects.
• Strong interest in the energy sector and motivation for renewable generation.
• Excellent analytical and logical‑mathematical skills.
• Proficient in Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Team‑oriented attitude, flexibility, and proactivity.
