Junior Consultant

We have designed a 6-month internship program aimed at recent graduates from technical, economic, scientific, humanities or psychological backgrounds who are interested in discovering the world of Human Capital from a privileged perspective.

During the program, you will join one of our Industry teams and have the opportunity to gain firsthand experience of our main lines of business, actively participating in project delivery and following a structured training path, both theoretical and practical.

You may be involved in a variety of activities, including:

Research & Selection

• Supporting the understanding of project briefs and the client’s organizational context;
• Defining target lists, collecting and analyzing market information;
• CV screening and scouting activities through internal databases and digital platforms.

Interaction with candidates and stakeholders

• Initial contact with candidates and conducting brief cellphone interviews;
• Participation in interviews and internal meetings;
• Preparation of materials and documentation for progress meetings with clients.

Advisory activities on projects

• Qualitative and quantitative analyses, also using advanced data analysis tools;
• Studies on emerging trends, organizational models, leadership and new competencies;
• Support to assessment projects, organizational development initiatives and digital transformation programs;
• Analysis of governance documentation, remuneration benchmarks and ESG trends.

Who we are looking for

Curious and motivated individuals with a strong interest in Human Capital topics and a desire to grow in a dynamic, innovative and excellence-oriented environment.

An excellent command of English is required; knowledge of a second language is considered a plus.
