Role and responsibilities

You will be part of Axazure Italy, a business subsidiary of the Avvale Group, specialized in Microsoft solutions, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. xdwybme

You will be responsible for:

• Application Management Service (AMS) activities management
• Functional issue analysis and resolution
• User support and training
• Business process analysis and requirements gathering
• Preparation of functional documentation and Change Request (CR) management
• Execution of functional testing and support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• User training during the pre go-live phase
• Hypercare support and post go-live development management

Required skills

• Around 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics projects
• Experience in implementation and application support projects
• Knowledge of analysis, configuration, testing, and post go-live support
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and drive results
