We partner with founders, marketing leaders and executive teams of high-potential consumer brands and leading large consumer goods companies to drive sustainable growth through structured thinking, data-driven decision making and execution excellence.

We are building a highly selective team and are looking for a Junior Consultant to work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives, client engagements and internal development projects.

Role Description

The Junior Consultant will be part of the CEO Office , supporting high-impact strategic work across multiple clients and internal initiatives with direct exposure to well-known consumer brands and large-scale FMCG players (food & beverage, home care, etc.). This role requires strong analytical capabilities, structured problem solving, and professional maturity , with early involvement in executive-level decision-making.

The position is designed for candidates with top-tier potential who seek accelerated learning in a demanding, meritocratic environment. The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Support the CEO in strategic consulting engagements, maintaining direct exposure to clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Participating in client interactions, including meetings, workshops and follow-ups, ensuring clear, structured and professional communication
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for client-facing meetings
  • Analyze business, financial, and marketing data to identify trends and performance gaps, and synthesize key KPIs to drive strategic decisions.
  • Support the coordination of multiple projects and clients simultaneously , acting as a reliable point of contact on selected workstreams
  • Contribute to the development of Urkah’s internal methodologies, analytical frameworks and strategic content

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering or related fields
  • Strong academic performance is expected
  • Previous experience (including internships) in management consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, product or business line management, or marketing
  • Experience in client-facing roles or structured stakeholder management is a strong plus

Analytical & Technical Skills

  • Excellent logical, structured and hypothesis-driven thinking . Strong ability to analyze, interpret and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data is a must
  • Demonstrated capability to make decisions based on business and marketing KPIs
  • Advanced Excel proficiency , including complex formulas, pivot tables and data analysis, basic business and financial modeling
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills , with a consulting-style approach (clarity, storyline, synthesis)
  • Solid knowledge of LinkedIn as a professional, analytical and business tool

  • Availability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis
