We’re looking for a Junior Commercial Specialist to support our business in South East Europe, based in our Milan office. You’ll join a young, dynamic European feed team, start with a structured training phase to learn the business, and quickly take ownership of your own client portfolio. This is a great opportunity for a proactive, customer-oriented self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and a true hunting attitude—someone eager to grow, think strategically, and make an impact in the animal feed sector while working in an international, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Training phase (6–12 months):

• Learn the business hands-on by supporting logistics, operations, documentation, and deliveries
• Work closely with customers, finance, and operations teams
• Gain strong exposure to market analysis and trade support

After training – Commercial role:

• Grow sales of feed supplements across Italy
• Expand our customer portfolio (feed mills, premix producers, farms)
• Be on the road, building strong and lasting customer relationships
• Share market insights and support commercial initiatives
• Support logistics to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries
• Help strengthen GAR’s presence and visibility in the Italian feed market

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree level, preferable in animal production and nutrition, veterinary medicine, agricultural engineering, agricultural economics or equivalent
• 1+ years of professional experience, preferably in an international company
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken
