Your role

  • Providing legal support for public procurement and bid challenging procedures within the Italian market.
  • Executing key legal workflows, with a primary focus on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks to protect business interests.
  • Serving as a trusted legal partner for Siemens Healthineers Italy’s leadership and stakeholders.
  • Engaging proactively within the Country and Zone Legal framework.
  • Partnering with global legal specialists and the international Siemens Healthineers network.

Your expertise

  • Italian Law Degree with a distinguished academic record.
  • Admission to the Italian Bar and registration as a Lawyer.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ legal work experience after IT Bar.
  • Previous experience in international environments (e.g., international law firms or multinational corporations) highly desirable.
  • Solid expertise in Public Procurement and Contract Law.
  • Proven ability to master new legal frameworks; specific knowledge of the Data Act, AI Act, NIS2 and IT Law are significant advantage.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Full professional fluency in Italian and English.
  • Pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach with a "hands‑on" mentality.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to optimise legal workflows and core tasks.
