Your role
- Providing legal support for public procurement and bid challenging procedures within the Italian market.
- Executing key legal workflows, with a primary focus on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks to protect business interests.
- Serving as a trusted legal partner for Siemens Healthineers Italy’s leadership and stakeholders.
- Engaging proactively within the Country and Zone Legal framework.
- Partnering with global legal specialists and the international Siemens Healthineers network.
Your expertise
- Italian Law Degree with a distinguished academic record.
- Admission to the Italian Bar and registration as a Lawyer.
- Minimum of 2 years’ legal work experience after IT Bar.
- Previous experience in international environments (e.g., international law firms or multinational corporations) highly desirable.
- Solid expertise in Public Procurement and Contract Law.
- Proven ability to master new legal frameworks; specific knowledge of the Data Act, AI Act, NIS2 and IT Law are significant advantage.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Full professional fluency in Italian and English.
- Pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach with a "hands‑on" mentality.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to optimise legal workflows and core tasks.
