Junior Color Specialist

Your Role

As a Junior Color Specialist , you’ll support the development of color and material proposals for our eyewear collections. You’ll contribute to the creative process by researching trends, organizing materials, and collaborating with different teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

• Support the research of global color and material trends
• Assist in developing new color concepts based on brand guidelines and market insights
• Collaborate with Design, Technical, and Procurement teams to ensure feasibility and quality of proposals
• Help organize and maintain the color library and archives
• Participate in color testing and sample reviews
• Prepare visual materials for internal presentations (mood boards, samples, etc.)
• Attend trade shows and vendor visits when needed
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently completing studies) in Fashion, Design, Art, or a related field
• Previous internship or short experience in fashion, design, or product development is a plus
• Strong interest in colors, materials, and fashion trends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to travel occasionally
