As a European leader in Wealth Management and Enterprise Risk Management solutions, Prometeia is seeking a Junior Delivery Specialist to join its IT team in Milan or Bologna.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The selected candidate will support internal customers in configuring, managing, and integrating our software products, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.
The ideal candidate has a solid technical background and is motivated to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
MAIN TASKS:
- Monitor and optimize applications on cloud and on-premise platforms.
- Support management of microservice environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Configure and manage web servers such as IIS and NginX.
- Interact with SQL Server and NoSQL databases to support application needs.
- Implement procedures for data integration between customer data and Prometeia's products in the cloud.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
- Basic knowledge of Unix-based OS like Ubuntu or Red Hat.
- Experience with microservices environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of relational databases like SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Skills in web server configuration (IIS, NginX).
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (Python, PowerShell).
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Databricks.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Problem solving skills.
- Teamwork, flexibility, and dynamism.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
