Workster is hiring Italian-speaking Junior Client Advisors for a leading global tech brand based in Lisbon, Portugal. This is your chance to kickstart your international career, gain valuable customer care and product support experience, and grow in a supportive, multicultural environment.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (remote work with relocation package and accommodation provided)
Your Role
- Support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via phone, chat, and email
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian and English
- Assist clients before and after sales with self-service products
- Guide users in effectively using tools and products to maximize their experience
- Identify recurring issues and proactively help advertisers resolve them
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (C2)
- Good command of English (B2 minimum)
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit
- Strong communication and customer-focused attitude
- Proactive, goal-driven, and a strong team player
- Willingness to relocate to or currently living in Portugal
