Job Description

Crédit Agricole Italia is searching for a young graduate in humanities, economics‑law or quantitative disciplines to join its retail network in Italy. The selected candidate will work as a Client Manager in a protected category under law 68/99.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver assistance to clients during all banking operations to ensure effective management of their needs.
• Interact directly with clients, promoting the bank’s products and services and helping colleagues achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Collaborate with the branch team and contribute to the group’s growth and sustainability objectives.
• Work full time in the Pordenone branch.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in economics‑law, humanities or STEM disciplines.
• No prior experience required; 0‑2 years of experience acceptable.
• Customer‑orientation, pro‑activity, empathy.
• Valid civil disability above 46% (if applicable).
• English level B1. Basic Excel skills.

Contract and Compensation

• Contract: CCNL Credito.
• Level: AP3L1.
• Annual salary: €35,650.42.
• Benefits: annual company bonus tied to commercial objectives, supplementary health insurance, private pension fund, risk allowance, meal vouchers.
