The Jr. Buyer will manage the « Source to Pay » process for indirect categories, delivering the best procurement solutions for the Company in terms of cost savings, quality and supplier performances, in compliance with best practices and Company procedures.


ACTIVITIES

  • Strategic Sourcing & Tender Management:

Analyse market trends to identify optimal suppliers across key categories (Corporate Services, Packaging Materials, Industrial Supplies, Facility Management, IT, CAPEX). Lead tender processes: issue enquiries, evaluate bids, conduct negotiations, and finalize supplier selection.

  • Contract Management & Legal Coordination:

Collaborate with the Legal Department to review, revise, and finalize contracts. Negotiate and conclude agreements (frame contracts, pricing terms) ensuring risk mitigation and compliance with corporate policies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Act as procurement process owner, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Finance, Controlling, Operations) to ensure alignment and deliver measurable cost and process improvements.

  • Requirements Definition & Specification Support:

Participate in needs analysis with internal customers to define clear technical and service requirements. Provide support in drafting scopes of work and technical specifications when required.

  • Operational & Compliance Responsibilities:

Execute administrative procurement tasks including PO management and supplier qualification. Promote procurement best practices by supporting and training departments to ensure adherence to Group policies and procedures.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 6 months/ 1 year of experience in procurement; basic knowledge of procurement practices
  • Master degree in Engineering or Economics or Statistics
  • Upper intermediate English; Spanish is a plus
  • MS Office (in particular Word, Excel, Power Point); SAP is a plus

Experience in indirect categories is a plus
