CCH Tagetik is looking for a Junior Business Intelligence Consultant to join our exceptional Data Experience Team.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for data, analytics, and problem-solving. You’ll work on meaningful projects that improve products, processes, and business models by testing ideas and turning insights into actionable improvements.

You will:
- Collaborate with Business Managers to translate business requirements into clear Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards.
- Develop, analyze, and modify processes, data structures, and models.
- Develop optimal and scalable BI / Analytics application.
- Execute database queries and perform data analysis.
- Create prototypes and transform models into actionable results.
- Analyze, validate, and visualize business data to create value-added solutions.
- Analyze business questions and deliver business answers; translate technical data findings for non-technical teams and vice versa.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
You have:
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Understanding of relational databases.
- Knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL and data model design (logical & physical data models).
- Familiarity with software analysis techniques and definition of functional specifications.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in both Italian and English.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik Sense, SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Familiarity with ETL solutions.
- Exposure to Machine Learning and AI concepts.
