Junior Business Finance Support

We are seeking a Junior Business Finance Support to join our team based in Milan or Rome. The location will be established based on the candidate's residence.

PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE

The candidate will carry out activities within the business and finance team, supporting project controllers and project managers. In particular, they will be responsible for:

1. Supporting contract management registration, archiving, and sending acceptance (support activity for Project Controllers)
2. Controlling invoicing plans in accordance with contracts
3. Registering invoices in Aruba (Support for Project Controllers)
4. Controlling VAT codes in intercompany invoicing and registration in Aruba
5. Controlling collections, coordinating with the foreign team dedicated to this activity
6. Weekly control of orders issued to suppliers
7. Supporting managers in drafting the project progress report

About you

• An economic and financial background (Diploma or Degree in Economics)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance roles
• Experience working in a Finance team
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment and build positive relationships with colleagues and clients
• Skills in using Office, particularly Excel, and previous experience with accounting software
• Fluent in Italian with very good English, both spoken and written
