About Ninesquared

Ninesquared is a fast-growing premium volleyball brand working directly with clubs, federations, and athletes across Europe and the US. We design and produce custom teamwear and accessories, combining high-quality products with a modern, direct-to-club business model.

We are expanding fast and looking for a Junior Business Developer who is hungry to learn, grow, and build real sales experience in an international environment.


The Role

This is a sales-first role. You’ll work closely with the sales team to support business development activities, manage leads, and help convert clubs into long-term partners.

At Ninesquared, you’ll also have the opportunity to work first-hand with all areas of the company — from marketing and product to operations and international projects, gaining a 360° understanding of how a fast-growing sports brand operates.

You don’t need years of experience. You need energy, ambition, curiosity, and the willingness to pick up the phone.


What You’ll Do

  • Support outbound and inbound sales activities
  • Contact clubs, academies, and sports organizations via email and phone
  • Follow up on leads and commercial offers
  • Manage and update CRM and sales pipelines
  • Assist in preparing offers and presentations
  • Manage your own clients, from order placement to customer relationship management
  • Support international sales projects in Europe and the US
  • Learn how a premium sports brand sells B2B, end to end
  • Work closely with customer service


Who You Are

  • Ambitious, and eager to learn
  • Fresh from university or with some relevant work experience
  • Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships
  • Not afraid of sales conversations or phone calls
  • Organized, proactive, and reliable
  • Fluent in English and Italian; other languages are a bonus
  • Passion for sport is a big plus; volleyball is a strong advantage but not required

Location & Work Setup

Our headquarters are in Riva del Garda, where this role is based. Full-remote positions are not accepted, but partial remote work (1–2 days per week) is possible.
