Responsibilities:

  • Manage, retain and expand the customer portfolio in the Italian market through active commercial engagement.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities in strategic sectors (mainly industry, among others) through proactive and qualified prospecting.
  • Participate in the preparation of commercial proposals, budgets, presentations and technical documentation tailored to the Italian market.
  • Manage and track business opportunities in the CRM system, overseeing the full sales cycle, key stakeholders and assigned account targets.
  • Handle the complete sales cycle (from 0 to 100), from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Make cold calls to arrange meetings with potential clients.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support, ensuring excellent user experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve sales efficiency and customer service.
  • Promote VR technology through workshops, sessions, fairs and other events.
  • Support the post-sales process, ensuring effective communication with clients and internal support and product teams.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to adapt content and sales materials to the Italian market.
  • The main focus will be the Italian market, although occasional collaboration on international projects or clients may be required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B technology solutions sales or the industrial sector.
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Engineering, Tech Marketing or related fields.
  • Experience in the industrial sector.
  • Advanced English (C1). Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Autonomy, initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Residence in Italy. Preference given to candidates based in Bergamo or Milan.
