We are looking for a
Junior Business Analyst
to join the Commercial Excellence team in our HQ in Piombino Dese (Padova).
Main responsibilities: Data analysis and modelling to monitor and evaluate business performances within the Commercial area; Define reporting structure and systems for commercial KPIs to control commercial performances, optimize commercial processes and enhance data accuracy; Prepare periodic reports and presentations; Ensure the accuracy and ongoing maintenance of data within the CRM system, including commercial structure, contacts, leads, and opportunities; Ability to develop new analysis / reports using business intelligence tools; Constantly alert internal stakeholders on major KPIs deviation to promptly evaluate corrective actions; Effective communication with internal stakeholders to clearly understand their goals and requirements; Oversee the implementation of new business intelligence systems / tools by cooperating with IT department; Constantly provide inputs to improve monitoring of commercial KPIs and commercial processes.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics; 2/3 years of experience in Business Analysis; Business awareness; Experience in analyzing data and preparing reports and presentations to support and facilitate business decision making processes; Excellent analytical skills; Excellent knowledge of CRM applications (Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is considered a plus); Excellent knowledge of the office package (Excel, Projects, PowerPoint); Excellent knowledge of Power BI; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Fluent knowledge of English language is required.
