Junior Associate – Corporate Finance Division (Mid Corporate & Sponsor Solutions)

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Associate to join our Corporate Finance division, specifically in the Mid Corporate & Sponsor Solutions team, based in Milan. As an Associate, you will contribute to both origination and execution projects, playing a key role in supporting client relationships and transaction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial statement analysis, valuations, and financial modeling.
• Prepare client presentations, deal memoranda, and other transaction-related documentation for both origination and execution phases.
• Perform company and industry analyses and develop company and industry profiles.
• Analyze potential targets or assess acquisition capacities for buyers.
• Stay up-to-date on M&A, equity, and debt market developments.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, confident, and a reliable team player with strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for taking initiative:

• 3–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, with a focus on M&A transactions.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Strong project management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in both Italian and English.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a top-tier Business or Engineering school.
